Some things
you should know:
 | You do not need to rinse or soak our
cotton diapers.
|
-
 | Once your baby begins to eat solid food, please
shake off any loose stool into your toilet. We have developed
a wash formula that will clean while causing a minimum of damage
to the diapers, so you do not need to wash our diapers at home.
|
-
 | We ask that you do not use our
diapers for any purpose other than diapering your baby. These
diapers make great cleaning rags and we are always happy to
provide home delivery of used diapers which are no longer suitable
for babies bottoms. Call for availability and pricing.
|
-
 | Please do not use Regular/Original
or Extra Strength Formula Desitin, these particular formulas
permanently damage diapers due to high amounts of cod liver oil
and zinc oxide. You can use any other kind of baby ointment,
including other products in the Desitin line. We can suggest a
wonderful, REASONABLE, all natural salve that works wonders on the
toughest diaper rashes; call for information. |
-
 | Please note that if an excessive
number of diapers are being damaged/stained you will be charged
$5.00 each. The alternative to this charge is to accept your
cleaned, sanitary diapers stained...knowing that only your baby
has stained them. We wash & dry each customer's diapers in a
separate load. |
-
 | Please note that
diapers lost during your rental time will be charged to you at a
rate of $5.00 each. |
-
 | Please note that if I
find that there is mold growing on your diapers (an uncommon
problem) after a regular weekly storage; please don't be alarmed
as the washing process completely deactivates the mold. Possible
spotting or staining may occur even after I spot treat the areas.
Mold can occur from any number of reasons the most common being an
infant with colic, mother with mastitis, introducing tap water or
other un-sterile substance into the pail/on the diapers, and
improper storage of the soiled diapers. Generally once the
conditions above have been resolved/changed, the mold clears up.
Unfortunately, excessively stained diapers due to mold/improper
care will be charge the $5 replacement cost rate. |
